Sprite Academy Deviant Group

So basically, I made a deviant group called sprite academy. I am relatively new to deviant art (a few weeks old) and so I am looking for some help with this group. Basically what is needed in the group as of now are 3 teachers for now and another admin to help em out with rules/ layout of the group. I already have a basic idea for the group. I think I have everything written already, maybe not. I am pretty sure it was deleted. But anyways, if you are interested in helping out, plase contact me here or via pm. Wherever is fine. I'l put spritecentral's link in the groups blogs and info. Once we get the group settled I'll start opening it up to students.

Basic layout. There will start out with 4 dorms. Each having a unique talent being taught be it a certain style or a certain way of teaching. The dorms are controlled through teacher. So tahts why we need 3 more teachers. Each teacher will have to be in charge of a group of at most 15 students. Once (if) the group gets larger then we'll make new dorms. The teacher will have to come up with homework assignments, and give CnC. Basically design a whole lesson plan/schedule for their dorm. Once there are at least 10 students in each dorm, a new semester will go on. Throughout the semester there will be competitions. Whenevr a student wins a competition. whichever dorm he belongs to gets points. Whichever dorm with the msot points will recieve some kind of award. So basically I still have ideas going through my head but thats the basic idea.

Umm... How u want to teach people how to sprite?
U need to learn by yourself, so u will probably only show tuts, right?

xD You already are. But I have to get things organized first. So I'll need some admin help. Thats why I'm sending this around a few sites. Don't worry I'll ahve some more tuts/the academy open soon.

@Hayley. Well basically the teahjcer will eb giving cNC and psoting tuts. we show them there mistakes...etc..

Sorry it took so long to get back to you. I was geting soem teachers on other site. But yeah, it says you're already a member, so it's all good. And teh school will start soon enough. We just need an admin and 2 more teachers, then we'll open up registration to students.

I am always doing like this by 100 % sprites

then start making the head (thats what Bubble said, i choose to follow his style)
hmmm the shape is not good yet ,adjust a little bit and give it a skin colour and eyes
(that what i'll always do)

The problem is I am always just editing when I am spriting
